Shipping Policy
Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!
- We will ship packages via United States Postal Service Ground Service
- We currently ship to the U.S., U.S. Territories, and Canada.
- Standard orders ship within 7 business days, but orders may ship the same day.
- Standard shipping is 3–7 days after shipment.
- If your products have not arrived 10 days after the date of shipment, contact the carrier (USPS) first, then info@decodedcurls.com.
Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
FOR PRE-ORDERED OR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
SHIPPING INSURANCE:
- Decoded Curls guarantees the delivery of all orders. Orders that are lost by the shipping carrier, or damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
- We do not guarantee the free replacement of orders that are misdelivered or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. These orders can be replaced if the customer pays an additional shipping fee.
ADDRESS CHANGE/INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICIES:
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee that shipping address update requests will be processed after an order has been placed. If your order has been shipped, contact the carrier to update the address.
- Refunds will not be issued for orders that are shipped to the most updated address provided by the customer.
- Decoded Curls will not refund or send free replacements for orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. These orders can be replaced if the customer pays an additional shipping fee.
